Healthy kids

To help your kids get the nutrients they need, serve them foods that are naturally nutrient rich such as: lean red meat, whole grains, low fat dairy products, fruits and vegetables. 

Lean red meat is packed full of nutrients:

  • protein for growth and development
  • iron for energy and to improve concentration
  • zinc for a healthy immune system
