This summer, five Beef BBQ Cook Off championships were held around Australian to determine which BBQ beef aficionados would go on to represent this fine country in the USA
At each of the hotly contested cook off events, these winners showed their true culinary skills and creativity, showcasing innovative and delcious steak recipes that were enjoyed by our esteemed judges.
