Promotion: Tell us in 30 words or less ‘What is your favourite lamb roast recipe and why?’

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (Meat & Livestock Australia) and its agencies associated with this promotion.

3. To enter, entrants must submit their answer by accessing the following link http://survey.mla.com.au/TakeSurvey.aspx?SurveyID=98K2486. Entrants must provide their full name, email address, phone number and address, and tell us in 30 words or less ‘What is your favourite lamb roast recipe and why?’

4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged by the judging panel selected by the Promoter based on literary and creative merit. The judging panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The best entry, as determined by the judging panel, will win the prize of a set of cooking pots. This includes a fry-pan, a saucepan, a large steamer, a small steamer, a stock pot and two lids, (RRP $360 including GST).

6. The promotion commences at midday Sydney time on 24/04/2012. Entries close at midnight Sydney time on 25/05/2012.

7. Only one entry per subscriber is permitted.
8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
9. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
10. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these conditions of entry.

11. Winners will be notified by email.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in the promotion. 

13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with MLA’s privacy policy.
